Declaro ainda ter conhecimento de que a inadimplência igual ou superior a 90 dias caracterizará meu desligamento, devendo neste caso restituir de imediato a carteira e diplomas recebidos, para que não configure apropriação indevida de peças do CONFEP.
Afirmo também ter conhecimento de minha conduta junto a autoridades e sociedade é fator primordial para minha permanência no CONFEP.
